AIM Above Lumina Talent Portrait is designed to help recruit and retain the best people to live your company’s vision. It has been developed in association with business psychologists from Lumina Learning to highlight a candidate’s key, claimed qualities. It also looks at how these qualities map onto the:
The purpose of this portrait is to reduce the time and resources used to get your teams completely right at your company. You will be able to reduce 'churn' and get the right people first time by studying the results carefully and asking the right questions to ensure you have the proper person for your company, the proper person for your team, and the proper person for the role. You will see an analysis of the role and the specific competencies required for the role. Beneath this analysis you will see some areas of strength and suggestions for development based on the person and the role. On the next page is a ‘tag cloud’ illustrating how the candidate’s qualities support their use of the competencies. You will see your company Behaviors Map. This shows how much each individual is naturally inclined to demonstrate each specific behavior and how the competencies required for the role map against both the behaviors and the specific qualities the candidate has claimed. There are a set of questions framed according to each of your company’s behaviors. You will not be able to ask every question in an interview, but these questions will guide you when assessing a candidate’s suitability for the role and your team. |
