The purpose of this portrait is to reduce the time and resources used to get your teams completely right at your company. You will be able to reduce 'churn' and get the right people first time by studying the results carefully and asking the right questions to ensure you have the proper person for your company, the proper person for your team, and the proper person for the role. You will see an analysis of the role and the specific competencies required for the role. Beneath this analysis you will see some areas of strength and suggestions for development based on the person and the role. On the next page is a ‘tag cloud’ illustrating how the candidate’s qualities support their use of the competencies. You will see your company Behaviors Map.
